Job Description
The successful Prudential Risk Practice Director will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering a strategy within Prudential Risk in order to develop new
revenue streams as well as grow existing ones across a wide range of client sectors - Selling industry-leading consulting services into the risk space, directly liaising with
existing clients and developing new relationships - Instilling a culture of continuous improvement, delivery excellence and client
development - Building a practice of clients, using CP6/22: model risk management as a springboard, that come to Jaywing to solve challenges in risk management and regulation
Essential Skills
The successful Prudential Risk Practice Director will be able to demonstrate:
- Commercial acumen and experience needed to support revenue growth from generating leads through to closing deals
- Risk experience within a regulated Financial Services company or a risk consultancy
- In-depth knowledge of credit risk regulation, ICAAP, stress testing, climate change, risk
modelling and analysis - People management skills with the ability to provide support and direction
- Project management experience
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be an outcome-focused self-starter
Desirable skills (preferred but not required):
- Knowledge of Consumer Duty regulations
