Job Description

The successful Prudential Risk Practice Director will be responsible for:

• Designing and delivering a strategy within Prudential Risk in order to develop new
  revenue streams as well as grow existing ones across a wide range of client sectors
• Selling industry-leading consulting services into the risk space, directly liaising with
  existing clients and developing new relationships
• Instilling a culture of continuous improvement, delivery excellence and client
  development
• Building a practice of clients, using CP6/22: model risk management as a springboard, that come to Jaywing to solve challenges in risk management and regulation

Essential Skills

The successful Prudential Risk Practice Director will be able to demonstrate:

• Commercial acumen and experience needed to support revenue growth from generating leads through to closing deals
• Risk experience within a regulated Financial Services company or a risk consultancy
• In-depth knowledge of credit risk regulation, ICAAP, stress testing, climate change, risk
  modelling and analysis
• People management skills with the ability to provide support and direction
• Project management experience
• Stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be an outcome-focused self-starter

Desirable skills (preferred but not required):

• Knowledge of Consumer Duty regulations
