In light of the government’s update yesterday, we are continuing to follow their advice and are applying a company-wide working from home policy from today for the significant majority of our people.
Our offices remain open for the moment to allow our people to collect any additional kit, personal belongings or other items they may need to help them to work from home effectively for a prolonged period, or if they are unable to work from home. Anyone who does not need to attend the office has been advised not to and we are no longer accepting visitors to our premises. We are keeping all of this under daily review.
For many of us, working from home is our standard way of working. We already regularly conduct business continuity and disaster recovery tests and have also tested our working from home procedures very recently. Our IT teams are all on hand and we expect to continue to provide the same level of service you would ordinarily expect from us
We have also advised our people not to travel to client sites unless it is absolutely necessary, so all meetings will by default be conducted by Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts, phone or our clients’ own channels.
Our main switchboard numbers will be diverted to a small number of mobile phones should you need to get in touch and we will take a message and pass it on to the relevant people to call you back. Please do call on any published mobile numbers you have in email signatures. You can also email continue to use email and we are still monitoring [email protected].
We have been issuing advice and answering questions about coronavirus, the government guidelines and our operating procedures to our people via dedicated channels over the last week and these channels will also continue to operate.
We’re taking every step we can to continue to deliver great service.
