We are delighted to announce that Jaywing has been shortlisted for three categories in the Credit Connect Credit & Collections Technology Awards.
The awards, which will take place on 13th September, recognise excellence and innovation in the UK Credit and Collections industry. We are proud to have been shortlisted for the Technology Team of the Year, Innovation in Credit and Credit Underwriting Solution categories with our products Archetype and Echelon.
Our AI software, Archetype, is the only commercially available Neural Network-based scoring product which solves the ‘black box’ problem around explainability in the creation of models using AI. Archetype is a game-changer for credit scoring and assessment as, until now, barriers were in place which prevented the adoption of AI in risk and thus, huge uplifts in predictive power that these approaches can generate. Our team have worked tirelessly to develop this product and their efforts have been recognised in our shortlisting for Technology Team of the Year.
In addition, our Echelon software enables commercial lenders to process commercial credit risk applications faster and with greater consistency, whilst gathering and storing data to enable a cycle of continuous improvement. Using a ‘slotting’ approach to risk assessment, Echelon assigns a configurable Probability of Default (PD) band – as well as other scores/measures – based on underlying scores that can also be configured to reflect the information lenders want to capture.
The Credit & Collections Technology Awards are key for highlighting the success of companies and teams who have led the way in enhancing credit and collections technology. In addition, for software providers (like Jaywing), the awards are also an opportunity to view future innovations and examine the ways in which technology can enhance industry best practice.
We have our fingers crossed here at Jaywing and wish all the finalists the best of luck on Thursday 13th September at the awards ceremony.
