David leads Risk Transformation at Jaywing, helping financial services organisations design and implement risk functions fit for the future. With a rare blend of technical depth and commercial clarity, he brings decades of experience in delivering large-scale, business-critical change.

Before joining Jaywing in 2025, David held senior roles at Accenture, Parker Fitzgerald, and Coventry Building Society. His background spans consultancy, insurance, and banking, with a consistent focus on transforming risk capabilities, whether that’s embedding AI into decisioning or enhancing operational resilience.

He’s known for translating complex risk agendas into clear business priorities and has a proven track record in shaping risk operating models, simplifying governance, and integrating new technologies into legacy infrastructure. At Jaywing, he works closely with clients to modernise their approach to credit, fraud, and compliance risk to deliver value quickly.

David holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and began his career in avionics before moving into financial services.
