Debs is a credit risk professional with 18 years’ experience in stress testing, IFRS 9 provisioning, and forecasting across retail and commercial portfolios, including climate risks. She has previously worked in senior risk positions at Santander and Nationwide. Debs has a Master's degree in Natural Sciences (Physics) from the University of Cambridge.
