James Wadsworth is a senior risk professional with deep expertise across credit and model risk. With over 20 years’ experience in risk management and analytics, James has held leadership roles at OSB Group and Aldermore Bank. He’s known for building and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver material risk initiatives and embedding data-driven strategies that balance commercial and customer outcomes.
James recently joined Jaywing as a Lead Consultant, bringing a wealth of practical insight across the risk landscape. A graduate of the University of Oxford with a Master’s in Mathematics, he combines technical rigour with real-world pragmatism, particularly when it comes to model validation, IRB frameworks, and risk governance.
